Our family of 4 had Luciano as our personal tour guide for the Sound of Music tour. He arrived early, was incredibly accommodating, allowed us to make decision about which sights to see, and was very well informed and educational about our surroundings. It was an outstanding experience and we are recommending Luciano and Salzburg Private Tours to our friends who may come to visit the area.

Our family of 6 spent the day the Eagle's Nest and Salt mines with Carlos and the experience was excellent. He was prompt, friendly and a skilled driver with a new, comfortable Mercedes van. Even more so, Carlos had the knowledge and foresight to ensure our time and experience were optimized. The day was cloudy (no awesome scenery visible), and there was snow at the Eagle's Nest, but we still had a wonderful time visiting the site and learning about its place in history. The salt mine tour was equally interesting and the younger members of our group had a great time with it. I cannot think of a single suggestion to improve the tour. Thank you, Carlos, for your efforts to provide for us a most enjoyable and memorable day.
