This is a quaint little apartment close to the Christmas Markets (but not to close). If travelling by train to Salzburg it does require a bus and walk or taxi. Check in was easy as they supplied a code for the courtyard door and locked box to get the door key. The accommodation was as described and was up to scratch. There was a shared laundry with dryer but also clothes airer for those that cannot be tumbled dry plus 2 irons and 2 ironing boards. The apartment is smallish but adequate for a couple or single person. The bathroom is compact but again works well. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom is the first I have found that actually does its job fully with no misting of the mirror!! The kitchen is functional however there is no oven or microwave but we knew this. It was warm has great atmosphere and a comfy bed. The only down sides were no strainer for straining food and room lacks sunlight but based on location and age of building is expected. The biggest problem we had was trying to pay as the process of paying by the link provided did not work and apparently there had been others with a similar experience. We had to eventually get cash to pay and had to pay ATM fees to do so.
Overall a very cosy and functional apartment based on its size and location. Would I stay here again, Yes, but would probably try to get one of the upstairs apartments just to get more light and air.

The apartment was so spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and they provided a crib for our toddler. The location was perfect and the property manager was so helpful. There is a great garden terrace right upstairs, too!

This building was built in the 1300s and was the most amazing place to stay. The apartment was well decorated and accommodated every need. The owner met us with the key and was very friendly and knowledgable about the area. I would definitely stay here again.
