The Hallstatt tour was an interesting experience! The town is stunning—picturesque views at every corner, and we were able to explore its charming streets and peaceful atmosphere. Hallstatt truly lives up to its reputation as one of Austria’s most beautiful destinations.

The bus ride was beautiful, The guide’s loud commentary was very informative. Occasionally, yodeling music played in between, which added an interesting touch. During the ride, we were reminded by our guide Dasha not to speak or use hand sanitizer on the bus.

Overall, it was a fantastic day, and despite a few small quirks, the stunning scenery and fascinating history made it all worthwhile.

The trip to Hallstatt was really amazing. The entire trip went smoothly without the slightest hiccup. Hallstatt is quite far from Vienna so the tour starts quite early in the morning at around 7:45am. There is one stop on the way for a brunch in the morning and the same on the way back in the evening. The food at the stop was very good. Our tour guide Sophia was amazing. She gave really useful and interesting insights about Vienna, Hallstatt, and Austria with a great sense of humour. She was very kind, patient, and considerate. She gave very clear instructions about everything, especially about how to make the most of our time in Hallstatt. Because Hallstatt is quite far from Vienna, there is a tight schedule about departure and arrival times. Sophia made sure to tell us multiple times when she wants us back in the bus and when the bus departs etc. I really liked that our group was on time all throughout the day, so we came back to Vienna on time before 9pm. Hallstatt really does live up to the hype. It’s a beautiful place, right out of a fairy tale. I would recommend the skywalk and boat tour in Hallstatt. It’s a once in a lifetime experience. And if you have a chance go with Sophia, she will make this trip even more interesting and fun! 🙂

I highly recommend 7travel for your day trip anywhere Austria. Sofia ❤️a very sweet and calm lady tour guide who is quite knowledgeable about the history of Vienna. Soft spoken and funny 😄 well done Sofia, thank you for the souvenirs 🙏🏽She’s a star, I was quite skeptic as to why there’s no toilet on the coach? But hey that’s fine and work out in the end. Stop over for the best restaurant in the motorway was great. Food are exquisitely presented.

Our trip to Halstatt from Vienna was very smooth and relaxed thanks to Sophia. It was an early start, but a full day with a stop off at Gmunden and then Halstatt. Sophia provided a lot of background and history, with Halstatt being a very scenic location with some great places to stop for photos. Highly recommended.

Did the Hallstatt and Schloss Ort Tour. Sofia was amazing, really engaging, entertaining and an encyclopedia of knowledge. Would highly recommend it, we were blessed with fine weather for some amazing views
